HANDLING BIG FEELINGS

What are 'big feelings' exactly? Do you get overwhelmed by feelings of anger, sadness, worry or frustration? This session helps you learn to recognize big feelings and share ways to help make them a more manageable size. Tips for coping and resources that you can use at home are also shared.
