Join Aya and Abrar in an interactive, online session for young people to learn about:

  • Barriers to service
  • Mental health stigma in BIPOC communities
  • How racism can impact and intersect with mental wellbeing of the community

Abrar and Aya will also explore intergenerational trauma and how we can overcome it as a community. This session is for any young people who are interested in learning more about the mental health experiences of young people who are connected to BIPOC communities.
