Family sessions

FamilySpace sessions are for individuals who are caring for a child or youth experiencing mental health concerns.

These live online sessions are 60 minutes long and can be participated in anonymously.

Facilitators share helpful mental health information, strategies to help your child, youth or family cope, and simple ideas for taking care of yourself.

Recordings, links and resources are available 24/7 from our website. Any adult who is important in the life of a child or youth can participate in these sessions.
