Does going back to school feel a bit different this year? Feeling worried or nervous about what school is going to look like in COVID-19? This session shares tips to help you feel more prepared for going back to school, including:
- Getting back to a school routine (night, morning)
- Getting into the right headspace (feeling prepared and informed)
- Coping with worries and uncertainty of school
