This session is adapted from a group that provides support to families impacted by separation and divorce issues. This information may be a helpful, and hopeful, starting point for families as they make their way through challenging times.

In the session, you will learn about:

  • The impact of parental conflict on child development & well being
  • Ways to improve your communication and conflict management skills
  • Ways to become more responsive to your child’s emotional needs
  • The differences between parallel and co-parenting practices
