Feeling like there is just too much going on? Losing sleep worrying about tests and schoolwork? You’re not alone! Everyone feels stressed out at times. Join this session to learn about how to be aware of stressors and how to cope and feel more in control.
You can learn:
- What to do when you’re stressed out
- Getting to know your feelings
- Helpful mindfulness and relaxation skills
This session is available for any young people who’d find this helpful (you don’t need to be teen!).
