When our stress levels are too high it can be hard to take care of others. Learning to take care of yourself first is not selfish, it helps you be a better parent and a better you. This 3 session workshop series will be an opportunity to reconnect with yourself. Explore ways that you can increase feelings of happiness, empowerment and satisfaction in your parenting abilities.

One registration includes all 3 weekly sessions:

  • WEEK 1 – Wednesday, March 3, 2021, 5:30-6:30pm
  • WEEK 2 – Wednesday, March 10, 2021, 5:30-6:30pm
  • WEEK 3 – Wednesday, March 17, 2021, 5:30-6:30pm

What to expect from this online course:

  • Course materials will be shared electronically (handouts, worksheets)
  • Registrants will receive a reminder email with login instructions before each weekly session
  • Additional options for asking questions and sharing comments may be available
  • You can still participate anonymously
