This course will review different childhood anxiety disorders, why children are anxious and how it affects them. Families and caregivers will also learn helpful strategies for dealing with anxious, and sometimes disruptive, behaviour that can get in the way of everyday living.
One registration includes all 3 weekly sessions:
- WEEK 1 – Wednesday, August 11, 2021, 5:30-6:30pm
- WEEK 2 – Wednesday, August 18, 2021, 5:30-6:30pm
- WEEK 3 – Wednesday, August 25, 2021, 5:30-6:30pm
