What information do we collect?
Visitors to www.YourSpaceHamilton.ca are not required to provide us with any information in order to access the information and resources posted to this site. Individuals who choose to register for YourSpace online sessions are asked to provide minimal personal information. When registering, you will be required to provide an email address, a “codename” (not your real name), and a little bit of general information. We do not attempt to track or record any information connecting you personally with your IP address or other online identification.
What do we use your information for?
Your information is used only for the purposes for which we collected it. These purposes are limited to responding to general inquiries and communicating with registrants about sessions they have registered to attend. You will receive information about future opportunities and events offered through YourSpace if you have opted to receive that information. You may opt out of receiving communications at any time. We do not share or sell any of your information to external third parties.
Who has access to your information?
The YourSpace project team at Lynwood Charlton Centre has access to the information you provide. Your information cannot be shared with any other employee at Lynwood Charlton Centre or any other organization without your express written consent.
How do we protect your information?
We take the security of your information seriously. Registration information is stored on North American servers. YourSpace live online session are designed to protect the privacy of participants. No identifying information that you provide during a live session will be recorded, captured, or shared in any way. Responses you provide in any of our optional surveys are confidential and will be combined with responses of other individuals before being shared with our collaboration partners in a report. No identifying information will be included in any of our survey reports.
Do we use cookies?
