GR8_TECH launches white label sportsbook in Latin America with Mourinho as brand ambassador
The iGaming supplier is piloting the new managed service solution in a region where it has seen huge growth.
LISBON · GR8_TECH has launched a new white label sportsbook solution, with Latin America chosen as the initial pilot region for the managed service platform. The iGaming supplier unveiled the solution at the SBC Summit 2026 in Lisbon. Chief Sales Officer Yevhen Krazhan said the company sees huge demand for a more sophisticated platform requiring operational support. "We are focusing our white label on LatAm first, where we have seen huge growth," Krazhan said.
Krazhan explained that the company's platform has been performing successfully in the region with good conversion rates. He noted that payback periods and break-even points are arriving sooner than expected according to business cases. "That’s why LatAm was chosen as the pilot area where the white label will be, you know, initially deployed, but we will definitely expand it further," he added. The move marks a shift from the company's previous focus on turnkey and sports solutions over the last three years. The launch aligns with the company's long-term 'platform for champions' strategy, which was prominently featured at its Champions Arena stand at the summit. Krazhan said the strategy is about delivering products that give operators the springboard to become champions in their markets. He explained it is born from an understanding that not every operator has the biggest budget, but quicker solutions can help reach goals more efficiently.
Central to this branding is the company's brand ambassador, famed football manager Jose Mourinho, who was appointed as 'Chief Champion Officer' in March. Krazhan told SBC that Mourinho is an ideal fit for the company's champion-focused platform. "He is really an ideal brand ambassador because he is the champion himself," Krazhan said. "He has trained champions, he has won multiple trophies, and we were really lucky to find that good of a fit."

Krazhan, who interviewed Mourinho on his podcast 'Bet It Drives', praised the manager's resonance and spirit. "It’s a great fit. He’s a great guy. I think his resonance and his spirit is very high, and we’re lucky to be here with the Champions positioning and having him around," he said. The company expanded its summit presence from a 'Champions Club' to an open-format 'Champions Arena' to allow more people and reflect the brand's growth.
Regarding its approach to emerging markets like Latin America and Africa, Krazhan said GR8_TECH focuses on observing local customs and adapting its strategy. The company has built an understanding of local payments, sports content, and casino and bonus gamification tools. "We have found a lot of keys to that market, which is a combination of good conversions, which normally requires a more operational tool, a more volume game rather than just a specific technology," he noted. He suggested this could be a starting point to replicate and increase adoption in other macro-regions.
