Being a teen or a young adult comes with a lot of responsibilities. The things that you need to get done start piling up. Homework, school, responsibilities at home, taking care of others, work… The list goes on. It can become overwhelming and sometimes may feel impossible to get it all done.
In this session, Taking Care of Me, we will explore simple strategies that may help with the not so simple task of self-care.
