- Explore helpful strategies to try when school is hard
- Strengthen your advocacy skills
- Help you keep your own tank filled

This fast and interactive session will help you learn to recognize big feelings and share ways to help make them a more manageable size. Tips for coping and resources that you can use at home will also be shared.
